Bohemians have launched their seventh annual Toy Drive for children living in Direct Provision - and are hoping to raise €80,000 in total.

Done in collaboration with Bang Bang Cafe, the drive aims to ensure that every child in Direct Provision receives some sort of gift this Christmas.

“Times have been tough for everyone, and sadly there are a lot of causes deserving of support right now,” Bohs COO Daniel Lambert said.

“However, children in Direct Provision have faced unique challenges. With the collective effort of our community, we can make a significant difference in their lives.”

MASI - Movement of Asylum Seekers in Ireland - is once again supporting the drive.

Online donations can be made on GoFundMe and physical donations are welcome at Bang Bang Cafe and Dalymount Park (new and unwrapped gifts).
