Craig Doyle teased Cat Deeley's future on This Morning on Wednesday's episode as the latter hosted her last episode this week.

TV legend Cat, 47, made her This Morning debut earlier this week and has stepped in to cover for Josie Gibson, who has jetted to Australia for I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! It comes as This Morning has been left without permanent presenters after Holly Willoughby recently quit, just months after former co-star Phillip Schofield stepped down from the ITV chat show.

Viewers have been calling for Cat to be made a permanent presenter on This Morning after impressing fans with Rylan Clark this week. On Wednesday, Cat was joined by Craig, 52, as she revealed it was her final episode. Kicking off the show, Cat said: "Hello there and welcome to your Wednesday's This Morning! It's kind of my last day today, you're finishing me off, that's it, I'm done. I'm done, I'm cooked, I'm done, I'm going home and I'm taking my mug with me!"
