I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! fans have spotted a ‘feud’ brewing between two of the new campmates already.
The ITV reality show - which airs on Virgin Media in Ireland - had its first episode of the latest series last night. This year’s line-up includes This Morning host Josie Gibson, JLS star Marvin Humes, Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard and former EastEnders actress Danielle Harold. Food critic Grace Dent, Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson, First Dates’ Fred Sirieix, former Ukip leader Nigel Farage, YouTuber Nella Rose and Britney Spears’ little sister Jamie Lynn Spears have also been signed up.
As the celebs met for the first time in camp last night, eagle-eyed viewers have noticed not everyone is getting along. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan wrote: “#ImACeleb Jamie Lynn already hates Nella lol.” Another commented: “Nella Rose when she walks into I’m A celebrity and immediately slaps Jamie Lynn #ImACelebrity.” A third chimed in: “There’s nobody that I don’t like yet but Nella and Jamie Lynn are kinda annoying #ImACeleb.”

While a fourth added: “I get the feeling if Nella doesn’t do well every trial will be her and then the campmates will get hungry as no food starts coming back and then they will turn. Possibly a punch up started by Jamie Lynn now that I could see happening.”
It comes after Jamie Lynn, who is Britney Spears’ younger sister, was filmed having a chat with This Morning host Josie Gibson – but so far she hasn’t name dropped her famous sibling who has spawned huge hits like Baby One More Time and Oops... I Did It Again. When Josie asked: “What got you into music then?” Jamie Lynn, who is a singer and actress herself, replied: “I’ve always kind of been into music, you know what I mean.” Josie then followed up with: “Very musical family aren’t you.”
Remaining tight lipped, Jamie Lynn casually replied: “Yeah,” as Josie continued: “Was your grandma into it?” as Jamie Lynn revealed her mum played the piano a lot. But fans were left baffled by her non-mention of Britney and took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to vent their frustration.
One said: “Why doesn’t Jamie Lynn be honest and say she’s famous simply because she’s Britney’s Spears’ sister! It’s like the elephant in the room!” Another wrote: “Why is Jamie Lynn Spears avoiding Britney talk on #ImACeleb.” A third fan commented: “’What got you into music’ Faaaaackinellll my ears hurt hearing that question being asked to BRITNEY SPEARS’ SISTER #ImACeleb.”
A fourth chimed in: “My name is Jamie Lynn Spears and I’m best known for being an actor and singer. Is that Mississippi for Britney Spears’ sister?” While a fifth added: “Josie was DYING to ask her questions about Britney Spears hahha #ImACeleb.”
While Jamie Lynn was keeping schtum, her fellow celebrity campmates certainly knew who she was. Hollyoaks star Nick Pickard said: “I had no idea when I woke up this morning I’d be skydiving with Britney Spears sister.” Later on former EastEnders star Danielle Harold fan girled: “It’s just mad. I’m with Britney Spears’ sister. I used to watch Zoey 101 when I came home from school, so it was a bit weird, a bit random.”
